NAVIGATION:
Territories &
Wayfinding
we must begin with placing ourselves. conscious navigation requires us to know when we are, where we are, and what is ours to do. it requires us to move in awareness of the territories we in habit, and from a space of alert presence in our center, and connection to our self and truth.
what are we navigating toward? why have we set course? at the foundation, life moves in order to sustain itself. in territory unknown, the guiding light often comes from knowing where we’ve been, in concert with what drives us to move. dead reckoning is a wayfinding process that enables us to orient our forward movement based on knowing where we have come from.
but when basic physical needs are taken care of, what inspires our movement? it is often the drive of our soul to expand. yearning is a strong indication that life within is seeking its own fullness, fulfillment and expression. for paths of the soul, our inner knowing becomes compass. our intuitive system will provide the signals of harmonic resonance, indicating when conditions are aligned and fertile for our expression and growth.

Territories are context. It is the space we inhabit and are - the space of our own being, in form and in consciousness. Territories can be place, can be thing, can be metaphysical. It is the sphere of interrelationship, whose understood realm and dynamics define its edges.
Wayfinding requires intimate knowledge of territory, self and purpose: awareness of where one has been and why one moves forward. we develop relationship and knowing of these dynamics of inner self, outer territory, and purpose, growing our senses and inspiration from which we respond and move. these systems can operate on both conscious and subconscious levels.
